INVESTIGATE

The primary source, Niles' Weekly Register December 12, 1835.  During Andrew Jackson's message to Congress, he addresses issues related to Native Americans. It is important to remember that these remarks are made between the Indian Removal Act of 1830 and the Forced Relocation of the Cherokee (known as the "Trail of Tears") in 1838.
